Hi there,

Is there a way to enable RadRibbonBar to show a transparent title header and show defautl Vista window header buttons for minimize, maximize and close?  I've tried setting the ThemeName of the RibbonBar to ControlDefault but it still shows a window different from the ones in Office applications.

Thanks in advance and best regards

Let me rephrase my question.  Is there a way to make RadRibbonBar look similar to Office Vista's (Excel, for example) ribbon bars?  Because by inheriting from Telerik.WinControls.UI.ShapedForm, the form loses the standard window's buttons, glassy borders and shadows.

Hope someone from Telerik answers this query.

Thanks

Hello Aris,

ControlDefault is our default theme. Currently we do no support the transparent title bar, but you can customize the buttons using Visual Style Builder. Please refer to our documentation for more information.

We are going to add transparency in one of our future releases however I cannot give you a time frame. Do not hesitate to write me back if you have more questions.
