Hello Anoop,
I notice in your Warnings that you have references that could not be found. Have you recently upgraded and you are trying to open an older exmaples solution?

Hi Anoop,
No, I meant the version of Telerik Controls. As you have assemblies missing, is it that you are trying to open the exmaples from an older installation that have been left behind? Please can you verify which examples solution you are openening and which is the vesion of RadControls you are using.
