Sure, I could not find documentation directly for Universal UI tools and I've written myself. Chart updates itself for each 3 seconds with new value and looks very nice.

Also this project was on the screens in Microsoft Middle East and Africa Consumer Channels Group Executive event.

And screenshot attached from both project.
