RadChartView provides lasso zoom (zoom to selection) functionality by selecting a rectangle on the surface of the control and then zoom in automatically, based on the selected Cartesian area. The zoom factor can be controlled using Ctrl+MouseWheel for zoom in and zoom out functionality. Thus, you can return the chart to its initial state.
