Hello,

Following the provided information, I was unable to reproduce the issue you are facing. Please refer to the attached gif file illustrating the behavior on my end with the latest version. Could you please specify the exact steps how to reproduce the problem or submit a support ticket with a sample project so I can investigate the precise case?Thank you in advance.

I am looking forward to your reply.

Indeed, the provided screenshot illustrates the missing crop buttons. However, without replicating the issue locally we can make only conjectures what causes this problematic behavior on your end. Could you please elaborate? Is the issue reproducible with the First Look example of the RadImageEditor in our Demo application? If this problem is reproducible only in your project, it would be greatly appreciated if you can submit a support ticket from your Telerik account and provide the project for further investigation.

It would be also very important to specify whether your monitor is with DPI scaling greater than 100%. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

I am looking forward to your reply.
