I can see that it is possible to add additional button the the CaptionElement of ToolTabStrip, but DocumentTabStrip does not seems to support that functionality.

I wanted to know if there is anyway i can add additional controls to an document tab strip.

    Thanks

Hi Stefan. Thank it works now but i am running into an issue where i add a RadDropButtonElement to the tab strip. Using the default theme it works and display fine. But using the Visual Studio 2012 dark them it is getting displayed as a gradient color. I have attached an image that shows what i mean. Is there any way around that, i need to use that theme.

    Hi Hugues,

I managed to reproduce the described case and I can confirm it is an issue. I have logged it in our feedback portal. You can add your vote and subscribe for status updates here: http://feedback.telerik.com/Project/154/Feedback/Details/157393-fix-raddock-when-raddropdownbuttonelement-is-added-to-the-tab-item-its-theme.

Your Telerik Points have been updated for this report.

Meanwhile, to work around it, you can use the themes I supplied in the issue page.

I hope that you find this useful.
