Thank you for writing.
You can customize the header cells appearance in the ViewCellFormatting event of RadGridView. More information and examples about it can be found here: http://www.telerik.com/help/winforms/gridview-cells-formatting-cells.html.
In your case you need to set the TextAlignmentProperty of the header cells and reset it for the rest.
