The chart rendering engine paints the bar draw parts for each of the series separately. As a solution, I can suggest creating a collection in which you will have the data sorted prior to binding the chart. Additionally, you can also check the following section of our documentation demonstrating how custom draw parts can be created: Custom Rendering.
