    We are developing a new implementation of Microsoft Navision (Dynamics NAV) which will make use of the Role Tailored Client (RTC) and on one of the pages/forms they wish to have an interactive scheduler control, where they can view/edit/create appointments.

    We already have a subscription to Telerik so we would like to use the Scheduler control.

    Can anyone shed any light on how to integrate this control into the RTC, or point me in the right direction so I work it out?

    Thanks
    Karl

    Hi Karl

    Our RTC2009R2 Addon Swissplaner 1.0 is available to Navision Customers and Partners Starting by the End of July 2012. Currently we are in RC2 state with 2 Customer-Projects. Any Tables from Navision can be used (service orders, Sales orders, production orders, items,BOM, to-dos...), we use an aggregation layer (jobs/tasks) and separate planning layers (planning runs, headers,elements, assignments). Ressources can be virtual or real and belong to multiple planninggroups. You can assign multiple timemodels and absences to resources and get capacity automatically calculated ...

    We have also developed the RTC2009R2 Addon Swissworktime 2.0 with (barcode + Touchsupport) which is a an offline capable Timeregistration-application which is available also for XP/Vista/Win7 devices which will also be available for sharepoint-sites and mobile devices later this year.

    The two Screenshots show our Planer (with Scheduler) which allows multiple assignments (Jobs-Task|Customer-Appointments-Tasks) to 4 Types of Resources (Persons, Machines, Workplaces and RentalItems) by dragdrop in grouped views. Grouping can also be done bei Status,Category,Flags)

    Hello guys,

    @Karl:
    Our controls work in WinForms environment which means that integrating our controls into the RTC should be the same as integrating any other WinForms component. This means that may be you should try searching for more general info on how to integrate WinForms control into the RTC. However, I see that you have found someone who can help.

    @Daniel:
    Thank you for helping our community member. Your Telerik points have been updated for your efforts.

    Kind regards,

    Thanks for your sales pitch, not so much for your assistance.
