  Hi,
  I have a problem with the MenuItem. I have developed an application with the RadMenu. Everything works beautifully. When I using "PCAnywhere"(Remote Access) to access the application, the RadMenuItems in the remote session is not visible. On the computer itself, yes, but not in the remote session.
  
  Is this a configuration problem?

  We are aware of the issues caused by a remote session with PcAnyWhere. It is caused by a bitmap caching that this software uses. I can suggest trying to turn off the animations of your application and check whether this would help. Here is how you can do that:
  

  ThemeResolutionService.AllowAnimations = false;

  thank you for your support. Your proposal has not helped unfortunately.
  
  I exchanged the PcAnywhere-Host Version to the Version 12.5. With this Version it works.
