 Verified Plugin - App Feedback Plugin stalls application

We are submitting a ticket too, but we found that on one of our views in our app, tested on Android, this may be the same for IOS, that the App Feedback Plugin stalls our app.  We are not sure why.  I checked the GitHub repo for issues or solutions and it looks like the GitHub repo has a few issues submitted about the appp crashing, but no responses, so I am coming here.

 

We are using the latest AppFeedback plugin, Cordova 3.7.0

 We are testing a real device, plugged into the Windows Client and have looked at the debugging window and do not receive an error, a JS error or anything in the console.  The app just freezes.

Hello Carlos,

I assume this issue is the same as the one described in Bug Report with ID: 999810. Please, correct me if this is not so.

As said there, the problem appears on a specific Android device only and thus, I was unable to reproduce it on my side. Further in my reply, I have suggested you to produce logcat about it and send it over for investigation. Please, let us continue to discussion in the Bug Report for now and once the issue is resolved, update the forum post with the exact problem and its available resolution or workaround(s).
