Hi,

We use teampulse for a few sprints now (2 weeks sprint) and we are quite satisfied with it.
However, it isn't there yet in some areas.

I just face 1 problem to plan the current sprint in Teampulse.
The team hasn't managed to finish all the items of the previous sprint. I need to reschedule them for the next sprint.
Fair enough, I can add items from previous sprint into the new one thanks to the Iteration planning screen.

The problem is that the story completely disappears from the previous sprint, like they were never planned!
This is in my opinion a big problem as I loose track of what the team failed to complete.
You don't have a feature to copy the work item either, so I'm left with rewriting a new story in the next sprint, which is not ideal either. It's not reflecting that we have rescheduled it.

What are your suggestions for handling this scenario?

Hello Stephane,

Thanks for your interest in TeamPulse. I understand your confusion when dealing with not finished work. It's general problem in every process. My general suggestion is to try to create a smaller stories but you already know that :).
We have a list of reports and one of them is Planned versus Actual Velocity/Capacity with a graphic and a list with not finished/finished work. I'll increase the priority of that report and we will try to add it for the next version.
Till than I can suggest you to move you story to the new iteration and create another story in the old iteration with the done work and link them if you want to track it.
Your feedback is very valuable for us. If you have some suggestions for improvements or missing key features please let me know.

Greetings,
