unable to start

During the process of downloading Fiddler, a black interface will flash up and I will be able to install it successfully. However, when I try to use the software, no matter how I start it, it cannot be opened.

Hello Jiang,

 

As suggested in this thread, you might have an issue with the version of the NET framework that is installed on your machine. Verify and, if needed, reinstall the framework, and additionally, try to update your Windows OS (check for available KB hotfix updates).
