I've downloaded the Q1 2016 controls for silverlight; and I need the .pbd files.  I have checked every folder after installing telerik and none have .pdb files.  I have read several threads over the years about the need of the .pbd.  I don't quite understand why including them is such an issue?

Here is where I have installed telerik:C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\UI for Silverlight Q1 2016.  Are the .pbd in one the sub directories and I just can't seem to find them; or are they located somewhere else?

    Thanks!!

    Hello William,

The .pdb files are available in the UI for Silverlight download page inside your Telerik account. Go to the next steps in order to download it:

    • Log in at www.telerik.com
    • Click the Products & Subscriptions tab
    • Select DevCraft
    • Click the blue Download button
    • Locate UI for Silverlight and follow the Browse all product files link
    • Under the Other Setup Files section, you should see the archive with name Telerik_UI_for_Silverlight_[version]_Dev_PDBs.zip containing the .pdb files.

    Hope this helps.

Thanks.  I got them.  I do think it would be easier to just include them though with the main download.

    Hi William,

    Thank you for the feedback.

Actually, we decided to provide them as a separate download from Q1 2014 onwards.
