Trackball gesture wrong in landscape mode

Hello,

I'm using the area chart and I added a trackball. When the phone is in portrait mode it works fine. If I switch to landscape mode though, moving left and right doesn't move the trackball, only moving up and down does. (i.e. it still uses the same gesture as in portrait mode) How can I handle this?
