Dear support,

We were running our tests on a Windows Vista XP machine where FF 3.0 was installed. Now that we uninstalled FF 3.0 and installed an older version 2.X, we are getting Timeout when the tests are run through FF.

Can you help please?

Thanks

Hello Bilal,

There are a few settings you may need to change in Firefox to get the tests running. Please take a look at the "Configuring your browser" section of the documentation and go through the settings specific to Firefox 2.0 . Additionally, please verify the WebAii Firefox Client Add-On is available and running/enabled in the list of the browser add-ons.

Let us know if further assistance is needed.

Best wishes,
