hi Team,

we need you support at the earliest, please let me know how to contact you, we have valid license as well.

so please let me know as soon as possible..

1)how to achieve drop down instead of  list box ? and one query why report viewer is converting multiselect checkbox drop down to multi select list box . we need only multi select checkbox drop down list.

2) can we create separate scroll for each filter.

Hi karthick,

When report parameter has available values it will be visualized in HTML5 Viewer by the Kendo UI Listview widget.

You can add custom parameters editors - an example provided in How To: Create a Custom Parameter Editor help article demonstrates how to replace the default parameters editor with Kendo UI DropDownList widget.

Another option is to hide the viewer's parameters area and use entirely custom UI for passing values to report parameters. With custom UI you have a full control over the appearance and functionality of the parameters editors.
To update report parameters with the values passed from the custom UI you can use the approach suggested in How To: Pass Values to Report Parameters help article.

If your current subscription allows you to open support tickets you can submit one from this page after logging to your account that has an assigned subscription.

Submitting a support ticket guarantees you a response time according to your support plan. We do not always have a chance to reply in timely manner in forums. Thus, for urgent issues it is better to use the ticketing system.

Hello karthick,

HTML5 Viewer comes only with default parameters editors. Those default editors can be replaced with custom ones as demonstrated in this help article - How To: Create a Custom Parameter Editor. The example provided in this article uses Kendo DropDownList widget, however, you can use any other custom UI covering the requirements of the createEditor method.

Another option is to create a completely custom UI for passing the values for report parameters - How To: Pass Values to Report Parameters. This option gives you a full control of the appearance and functionality of the parameters editors.
