When using TeamPulse with TFS and TestManager, bugs doesn't display in the same way as in VS2010. In Team Pulse it seems that Steps To Reproduce is text only. In VS2010, this view show formatted text.

the Telerik team
Currently we sync Steps to Reproduce and all other "rich text" fields as plain text. We will add a feedback item in our backlog to sync it as rich text.
