Has anyone experienced this? I am trying to decide if it is a VS2008 addin problem or something more devious.

Take a look at the attached image file. A pretty basic project.

Thanks ahead of time for pointing out the obvious if I have missed something like that. :)

    Hi Jeffrey Monroe,

Can you try and open the app.config file in the editor? You can then try and execute the wizard again. The wizard has problems loading the app.config file.

Do let me know if that works.

    Best wishes,

I figured out the error. We use the Enterprise Library Framework 4.1 and my development machine was setup to open the App.config file in the EntLib editor. I changed this by setting the App.config file to use the default XML editor instead. I can still edit the App.config files in the EntLib editor externally or using the "Open with..." context menu option, but if EntLib editor is set as the default for App.config files, the OpenAccess ORM processes fail.

    Thanks for the help,
