The support link emailed to me earlier today does not work. Instead I get the generic "Page not found". How do I contact someone to get the correct link?

Hello Bob,
Can you elaborate what support link you refer to? The only emails sent out to you are the automatic emails whenever we reply to a support thread you have opened.
In order to reply to your "Graphite IDE empty today (once again)" thread, you need to log-in to your telerik account here with your credentials and navigate to the Support Tickets where you would be able to see this thread and attach the requested Fiddler log. If you prefer, you can always use a free file sharing site to upload it and give us the link.
