I would like to know if it is possible to get the sql query that created the Planning->Planned vs. Completed report. We have a need to view this data outside of the teampulse tool for KPI measurements for our team across all projects.

Unfortunately the Planned vs. Completed report is not created by a single SQL query. The data is generated by a little bit more complex logic which can not be fit into a single query. I apologize if this cause you inconvenience.
