Will it be possible to have TeamPulse use a SQL instance on a different server instead of killing the installation when a SQL instance is not found?

Hello Lambros,
Currently we only support SQL Express installed on the same machine as the one you are installing TeamPulse on. We hope to be able to extend the ability of the installer and TeamPulse to use different versions of SQL Server in the furture, but for now SQL Express is the only option.

Hello Ken,
We are planning to support full versions of SQL Server in the first full version of TeamPulse. Until then we only support instances of SQL Express named "./sqlexpress".
