Run in Simulator doesnt work

Since last week im trying to run a simulator in the windows client.

 

After the message "Launching Simulator", nothing happends.

Hello Gisli,

Have you tried clearing the AppBuilder cache folder. If you haven't please go ahead and remove the entire Cache folder: %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Cache

If that doesn't help, please zip the entire content of the %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs folder and send it over. We can then check for any errors and exceptions detected by the client.

Hi,

i clear the cache and i got a new install for appBuilder.

After this install, i run AppBuilder and i cant see any windows open on my desktop (but a process running)

 

Then i uninstall and reinstall, and same issue.

Here the log:

Hi,

i fix the last problem after copy&paste the user config file from an older version:

...........\AppData\Local\Apps\2.0\Data\159YKOMM.EP7\9ATHY3HX.PAL\icen..tion_8da4a4c959549401_07df.0002_dfdc239007caa892\Data\2015.2.429.1

 

now, all seems to work fine.

Hi Gisli,

It seems that there were installation issues on your machine although I am not sure what caused them. I am happy to see that you managed to resolve them.

In case you encounter such an issue in future, you can try completely uninstalling AppBuilder. The process described in this tutorial includes clearing the contents of the %LOCALAPPDATA%\Apps\2.0 folder where the ClickOnce installation files are extracted. Since your machine had those files mixed up, that might help.
