Removing date/time stamp in test log?

Is there anyway to remove the date/time stamp when you run a tests and record your logs? For example:

input >>  Log.Write(string);

output >> '7/2/2015 10:36:26 AM' - LOG: The test is done. 

                ^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

How to remove the above ^ and leave just "The test is done ?"

There is no way to remove the time stamp from the log.
