REFERRER url from app download

I need to see what link was used to download the app from the store, and have the ability to see parameters  ie: &source =campaign1  

I have had any luck yet. Has anyone found a simple method?

Hello Matt,

This question can be answered by the support team of the respective store (App Store, Google Play, Windows App Store). Perhaps Apple Analytics offers such functionality for the App store.

I have searched for a few days and found nothing currently working, that would allow a cordova app to get its install referrer easily accessed via javascript. 

I could not find a way to do this with the telerik analytics either.

Are there no example projects of this working?

Hello Matt,

We do not have any examples that show such functionality. To be honest, I doubt that it is possible to check what the download link is from withing the application. If possible at all, this functionality will require some sort of external service of the respective store. Unfortunately, only their support teams can tell you if this is possible and how you can achieve it.
