Hi,
It seems the RadListPicker doesnt change its visual state when i set IsEnabled="False"
I wuld have expected it to to convey that it is disabled (by graying out the text or something similar) to the user. The silverlight toolkit list picker does change its visual state on being disabled.
Kindly see if a visual state similar to the silverlight toolkit listpicker can be added for the disabled state of RadListPicker.

Thank you for contacting us. We are aware of this RadListPicker's limitation. However, it has already been fixed and will be available with our official Q2 2012 release, which is scheduled for the first half of June. Let me know how this works for you.
