Hello ,
I tried to replicate the behavior shown in the screenshots, however, I was unable to. The controls were displayed as expected on my end.
Would you try to remove any custom CSS rules on the page and check if that affects the look of the controls? Also, upgrade the controls to the latest version and see if the behavior changes. Currently the latest version is 2014.3.1022.
In case the issue persists, would you provide the markup for the page with the relevant code-behind? This way we would be able to try and replicate the behavior you are seeing and look for its cause.

Hi Viktor Tachev.
I tried to test on a blank page aspx without any custom css.
But i used telerik version 2012.3.1016.35, maybe this is a cause. Unfortunately, i can't upgrade the controls to latest version now, because my company give me a dll file of telerik with version as above, and i have to use it for my work.

Hi Huy,
The Q3 2012 version of the controls was released about a year before Internet Explorer 11 was available. Thus, it is possible that the controls are not behaving as expected when using IE 11.
If you would like to build an application that supports IE11 it is recommended to upgrade to the latest released version of our controls. It supports all modern browsers out of the box.
