I just got my environment set up, installed the latest wp8 controls using the control panel.
I only have 3 dll referenced: core, input, and primitives. In this case, I'm trying to use a hub tile, but it does not exist in the namespace. I can access via code behind, but not in xaml. Not much is showing in the namespace. Rebuilding doesn't help me.
Please see the attached image.

I ended up creating another page and it is fine..... I'm not sure what the issue is/was

I did do a restart of visual studio. I really have no clue what happened. Maybe an sdk bug?? Anyways, all I did was create a new page, add the reference, then copy that reference over the one on the page that wasn't working. The string was identical. It was one of those frustrating moments that forced me to walk away for a while.
