    It would be nice if users who follow feedback items had the option to receive an email when the items are updated.

    Hi Nicholas,

    Thanks for the feedback. I'll add your feature request as "As a person who handles the feedback I want to receive notifications when some feedback is changed so I don't need to track changes manually".

    If you have other suggestions or ideas do not hesitate to send them to us.

    That is part of it.  I would also, as a user adding feedback, like to be notified when the status of my issue changes without having to go back into the portal to find out.  I would just help increase the communication.
