Package manager freezes when trying to add package (kendo)

Also I have licence for Kendo professional but manager wont allow me to add it.

also I can not add nugget packages, I have tried from the command line stating -project, but errors saying no such project.

Hi Alan,

According to our system you don't have stand-alone commercial license for Kendo UI Professional and your AppBuilder Professional license does not include it either. That is why you are unable to install Kendo UI Professional using our Package Manager.

I tried to reproduce your issue by installing Kendo UI Core in VS blank project and there were no freezes.

Would you provide us some more details about the project you are using and the steps we have to follow?

Can you reproduce it with every project or just with a particular one?

Would you send us your logs from  %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs folder in a private ticket so we can investigate for any clues?

As for the nugget package manager, we are aware that it is not compatible with our solution type, but this is something they have to solve.

Hi Alan,

Indeed you have a Kendo UI Professional license which I have missed and I apologize for that.
Nevertheless, the Package Manager feature cannot detect the stand-alone licenses but only included in the Telerik Platform or AppBuilder ones. We are looking for a solution but until we find such the workaround is to add all needed files manually.
I also suggest continuing our communication in your private ticket as a sensitive information might be requested.
