OpacityMask in ListPicker Item Template

When i using OpacityMask for item inside item template for popup, OpacityMask works only on one item - on selected item.

I tried to reproduce the problem locally but to no avail. Therefore I would kindly ask you to prepare a simple project that demonstrates the issue and to open a new support ticket with the project attached so that I can debug it locally and isolate the problem.
