Whilst I acknolwlege that this is not the best forum for expressing my frustration at sales and support Im left with no alterantive
I have tried 4 times to contact sales regarding pricing on new licenses and have thus far been ignored.
I have reached the point that if Telerik treat new sales requests in this manner then is entirly resonable to assume that their approach to actual technical support may indeed be worse.
Accordingly I and my team have made the decison to use an alternative SDK to progress our delevopment given that Teleik care less about reponding to licence requests. Fortunately we have not yet invested to much time in adpoting the Telerik tool set.
