I know that is a known problem for you about the last update issues. Here in my company we have three developers stopped because of that. They can't use Mist interface because our application have some network requests that causes CORS erros - what doesn't happens on Graphite.

Those developers are working in the end of a deadline of a project to be finished in a couple of days and we have no feedback about a solution prevision or a workaround for it. We have followed these(http://www.icenium.com/resources/forums/report-a-bug-/icenium-graphite-crashes-when-opening-any-project) instructions but, like some people said it won't worked. Further, our account type don't give us right to open support tickets.

Would be nice if Telerik, on this case, instead of the usual automatic update system, make available a stand-alone version for download or a rollback of that new version until everything is fixed.

Hi Fernando,

Sorry for the delayed reply. We were able to investigate the issue you are referring to. The that case another client of ours (Richard) provided us with some diagnostics information. We've posted an answer there that should address the problem he was experiencing. Can you try and work through the steps we've listed there?
If you stumble upon a problem - we'd appreciate you send us the appropriate log files (from your  %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\Logs folder and the FiddlerCap log) If you are not able to issue a support ticket, you can send those to support (at) Icenium.com. This way we'll be able to diagnose your problem further.

I hope this will be of help

Just a few considerations about that new version. In about ten minutes using it I realized that the syntax highlight doesn't works as well some keyboard actions like Ctrl+F, Ctrl+Shift+F, Ctrl+Z. Ctrl+G works. I didn't tested any others.

But what really worries me most is that the simulator is no longer available on toolbar. Is it hidden somewhere or is not available anymore(for some reason I can't imagine)?

Thank you.

Hey Fernando,

It seems that there are still problems with your installation of Graphite. You probably already did that workarounds, but in case you didn't would you:

  1. Close all Icenium Graphite instances. Open the Task Manager and make sure that there are no running processes with the name Icenium.Graphite.exe. If there is - kill it.
  2. Uninstall Graphite.
  3. Delete all contents in the  %localappdata%\Telerik\BlackDragon\ folder.
  4. Re-install Graphite

If you still experience problems would you run and save logs from FiddlerCap (with the Decrypt HTTPS Traffic option enabled). Start it prior Graphite and save the HTTP requests to disk. Save the sessions and attach it to this thread.
