I am working with a programmer in the Florida area and we need assistance with Telerik products especially in the dot net and UI client side controls. Are you good with scheduling and creation of WPF forms? Contact me and if you work out and are motivated, you can work from home and get paid; really! You must be able to program and code in simple SDK  like Telerik, Expression Blend, and work with and have fluent experience with client side programming. You will have to sign an NDA and non-compete specific to our project which I am in a hurry to launch.

The more knowledge that you have with Telerik suite of products, the better!

    THE POSITION HAS BEEN FILLED!

Outsourcing sites can be a good alternative when looking to hire programmers offshore. You can post your job in complete details and requirements so people who are interested with the job/project will know and understand as well as so they can bid a reasonable price. Try looking for programmers in oDesk, Elance and Freelancer. I've seen so many Russian programmers in oDesk (Russians are best in programming I think).

You can check their profile and see their ratings and feedback from previous contractors they've worked with. They've got a lot of completed jobs already so you don't have to worry about not getting the project right. That is if you do not mind paying more money for a programmer. If consider to have a budget when hiring a programmer, people from India and Philippines are cheaper and good in programming too. You just have to let people from India understand the project well since they can barely speak and write English - might be a barrier in completing the project. Here's one good article for guidelines in hiring programmers offshore: http://www.timedoctor.com/blog/2011/02/22/the-top-6-outsourcing-sites-and-how-to-use-them
