Hi ,
The only difference between a Bar and Column chart is the rotation angle of the whole chart. Everything else is the same. That being said, the additional axis from the picture is not an x-axis but y-axis.
Please find an example on how to configure multiple y-axis in the RadHtmlChart in this online demo.
