Lync Integration not working

    Hi there,
    The documentation describes how lync integration occurs automatically, however we dont seem to see this in our latest build of TeamPulse
    we have Lync installed and client running locally. How can we troubleshoot further so we can see Lync and its integration with TeamPulse?

    Hi Vivid Group,

    One thing that the documentation page fails to mention is that you must be running TeamPulse with Internet Explorer and you need to set your TeamPulse host site as a trusted site. Try that and see if it enables the Lync integration.
