I would love it if when I extract an interface, the new file is formatted (indentations are in place and no blank lines between member declarations), like it is when I use the default VS command. That would save me a step.

Can I pull up a member to an interface or just a base class? Using prism, I am extensively using interfaces, so being able to pull up a member to the interface would save me a lot of manual refactoring.
