The current version of RadControls for ASP.NET AJAX doesn't work well when running under IE 9 with compatibility view enabled.

The step to reproduce:

1. Launch IE 9 browser.

2. Go to telerik demo site: http://demos.telerik.com/aspnet-ajax/menu/examples/overview/defaultcs.aspx

3. Enable compatibility view in IE 9

4. Then navigate the demo site, such as click the top menu ... ...

5. Some time it shows error like:  Object doesn't support property or method 'slice'

Hello Scott,

I tried to replicate the issue that you describe but to no avail. Can you please record a video (you can use Jing for example) that demonstrates the error and send it back to me, so I can get a clearer idea of the problem?

Kind regards,

Hi,

I have an issue with Rad color picker control. I used this control in appointment scheduler advance form. If i checked the recurrence checkbox it expands the window scroll bar is visible, on that time if i want to scrolling a advance form it moves the rad color picker control. It is not fit in the form it moves when we try to scroll the window.  It happens only with compatibility mode is ON. Otherwise, it is working good.

Can anyone plz guide me to resolve this issue.

Thanks

Hello Balaji,

I have already addressed your issue in this forum thread. Please refer to it for more information on the problem at hand.

I would suggest using a separate forum thread for every problem that you report in the future. This will make our conversation much easier to track and the issue will be isolated faster. This being said, let us continue our discussion in the linked forum thread.

Kind regards,

Hi,

The provided information is not enough to determine what is causing the problem at hand. Have you tried upgrading to the latest version of the Telerik controls (2014.2.724)?

If you have and problem persists, isolate it in a fully runnable page and send it so that I can check the configuration of the Telerik controls and provide a more to the point answer.

Regards,
