Is it possible to edit the 'size' property values?

Currently we do not provide a mechanism for customizing idea size values.

All of the dropdowns in TP could use an XML settings file that we could use to edit their drop down values in my opinion. This would be a great advantage to the system if it were implemented.

Many of the dropdowns within TeamPulse are indeed driven by configurable XML values. You can find and edit these values by going to the Project Settings area within TeamPulse and choosing Advanced (I have attached screenshots indicating how to navigate to the area). Each entity (Stories, Tasks, etc) will have their own value lists which can be found in the Rules sections of the XML.
