How to Exempt all - Similar to Win Config options in Fiddler Classic

How can I exempt all in FiddlerCore as if I was using the Win Config option in Fiddler Classic? Thank you in Advance!

Hello Ryan,

 

The Fiddler Classic implementation related to the WinConfig Loopback utility is not part of the FiddlerCore codebase. This specific functionality comes from a Fiddler Classic extension called "Windows 8 AppContainer Loopback Utility" (available in the link below).
