Hello Vikas,
To get familiar with the different options available for debugging your application, you can refer to AppBuilder documentation: Debugging on Device. In the Microsoft Visual Studio 2013 and later, you can debug with built-in Microsoft Visual Studio debugger. Basically, you just need to:
- have the app deployed and running on the device
- have the device connected
- run the app directly on the device and not in the simulator (the attached image shows how to do this from the green run arrow).
