    Hi, 

    When does a row get added to the HistoricalWorkItem table?

    Hello Chris,
    HistoricalWorkItem table keeps the historical data for changes made on the work items. It is populated by TeamPulse Integration Service once per day (by default 00:00h server time). The records are based on changes recorded for the work items  in Audit table for the passed day.

    Thanks for that very informative and helped immensely.

    But it raises another question, can I change the frequency of the TeamPulse Integration Service?

    Hello Chris,
    Unfortunately, you can not run history generation more than once a day automatically. However, if it is necessary, you can change the  HistoryGenerationTime in the Telerik.teamPulse.Integration.Service.exe.config file manually every time you want to run the history generation.
    The config file is usually located in C:\Program Files (x86)\Telerik\TeamPulse\IntegrationService.
