I'm having problems getting the drawer to work correctly. it seems to be replacing the entire view with the drawer. I went to the Kendo Mobile demos to get some help and the drawer doesn't appear to be displaying at all. I checked the docs and saw that I have to place the drawer DIV at the same level as the views which seemed to help a little bit but the drawer is unstyled and still replacing the entire view. Another small issue is that I don't see a drawer icon when using the data-icon="drawer-button" attribute on the anchor tag. Thanks for your time.
