Your question is a bit unclear. Are you looking for a way to authenticate users with their Google account or you want to redirect them to some Gmail page. If what you want is to authenticate the user of your mobile app with their Google account, here is a nice blogpost describing how to do that.
If you are looking foe a redirect to some gmail page then you need to look at Gmail's documentation for details on this.
