I like the presentation capabilities of using ExcelML  with export to excel.

However, I have a column that has html formatting ... when I use the ExcelML option, then just the code shows up.
If I use the HTML option, then is displays correctly but then I lose funcitionality of the ExcelML such as the sorting capabilities in the header cells.

Is there a way to get the HTML formatting to show in the ExcelML option?

thanks

Hello David,

You can put HTML code in ExcelML file but I'm afraid Microsoft Excel will threat it as a plain text. On the other side, the regular HTML Excel export format works flawlessly in this scenario since it is HTML-based.
