    Hello,

    If you want to embed any HTML controls in a menu item, you could use templates.
    You can find more information for the approach in this help article and this demo.
    I'm also attaching a code snippet showing how to embed a linear gauge in a menu for your convenience:

    <telerik:RadMenu runat="server">
              <Items>
                  <telerik:RadMenuItem Text="MenuItem1" NavigateUrl="DefaultCS.aspx?Page=Products">
                      <Items>
                          <telerik:RadMenuItem>
                              <ItemTemplate>
                                  <telerik:RadRadialGauge ID="RadRadialGauge1" Width="100" Height="100" runat="server">
                                  </telerik:RadRadialGauge>
                              </ItemTemplate>
                          </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                          <telerik:RadMenuItem Text="RadGauge">
                              <ContentTemplate>
                                  <telerik:RadRadialGauge ID="RadRadialGauge1" Width="100" Height="100" runat="server">
                                  </telerik:RadRadialGauge>
                              </ContentTemplate>
                          </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                          <telerik:RadMenuItem Text="UI for ASP.NET AJAX" NavigateUrl="Default.aspx" />
                          <telerik:RadMenuItem Text="UI for WinForms" NavigateUrl="Default.aspx" />
                      </Items>
                  </telerik:RadMenuItem>
                  <telerik:RadMenuItem Text="MenuItem2" NavigateUrl="DefaultCS.aspx">
                      <Items>
                          <telerik:RadMenuItem Text="UI for ASP.NET AJAX" NavigateUrl="Default.aspx" />
                          <telerik:RadMenuItem Text="UI for WinForms" NavigateUrl="Default.aspx" />
                      </Items>
                  </telerik:RadMenuItem>
              </Items>
          </telerik:RadMenu>

    I hope that helps.
