Gathering Ideas

    Other than capturing ideas through the interface, is there any other way my users can submit ideas and feature requests? I dont think buying everyone in the firm a license makes any sense at all. Right now, we're set up to gather ideas in a sharepoint list, but this approach requires us to manage them in two systems.

    Please assist.

    Hello Ewan,

    At the moment TeamPulse does not have an access point through which external users can interact with TeamPulse such as viewing status and submitting ideas.  Providing such access is definitely in our backlog for a future version.

    I think that in order to be a collaboration surface, you need to make reaching out to end users as simple and hassle free as simply emailing a link or click-once attachment.
    I have always appreciated the telerik products for their hassle free production deployment. Anything else will force other channels of interaction to which I must synchronize.

    I am constantly trying to facilitate end user collaboration, so I am glad Telerik picked up the ball.

    Hello Tormod,

     I agree that things must be simple and intuitive for end users to provide input to any process.  As our tooling evolves we will be striving to integrate them together in order to provide reach from end to end of the spectrum of personas.  Some of this integration has started between TeamPulse and Test Studio in order to accommodate QA.  Stay tuned for future releases as we reach out further into the application life cycle with TeamPulse.
