In some cases JustTrace UI can become frozen and unresponsive in Visual Studio. We have already identified the issue and we will release the fix next week.
In order to disable JustTrace start page in Visual Studio you can edit JustTraceSettings.xml file located in %APPDATA%\Telerik\JustTrace and set ShowStartPage to false as shown below
