Difficulties navigating website

    Hello, I am experiencing some issues with navigating these web pages.
    Here, in no particular order, are my peeves:

    - Clicking a tracked issue from "Your account" takes me the the public issue tracker, but doesn't open the issue.
    - Loading the public issue tracker is annoyingly slow.
    - There is no clear cut path to registering a support ticket.
    - I tried registering something on the public issue tracker, but it seemed to silently fail.
    - After logging in, I am not taken to "Your Account" - if I am remembered, that is fine, but if I typed my username and password, clicking again to get to the account page from the front page seems unnecessary to me.

    To make the site more navigable, I think some large, friendly, buttons for "Open a support ticket" and "Post on the forum" on "Your Account" would be good. I have found myself searching for the forum for minutes in the past.
    And I don't think I've found any way of opening a support ticket..

    Hello Morten,

    We are really sorry for the caused inconvenience! We are working on optimizing PITS. The Feature Requests in PITS are actually requests, which our support people can then submit in PITS so that they can be voted, commented and therefore raise their priority. About submitting a support ticket, when navigate to Your Account here: http://www.telerik.com/account.aspx , there is a section, called Quick Links which contains Get support link. "Get support"(http://www.telerik.com/account/support-tickets.aspx) page contains shortcuts to our forums and submitting support ticket ("Contact Support Team" link). Other, easier according to us, way to submit support ticket is to navigating to "Your Account"  > "Download and Manage you Products" link and then "Submit Support Ticket" link to the product you want  to submit ticket for. We will think about easier way for our customers to submit tickets, thank you for the suggestion!
