So in your pricing grid. When it says that the Developer level can't deploy to the Appstores. Is that mean you can't deploy directly through AppBuilder, or does that mean you can't get the package, XAP or provisioning file from AppBuilder at all?

Hi Carlos,
This means that the Publish directly to the AppStores functionality is not present. You can still build your project and download the package. Note, that when you build for production, you should turn LiveSync off.
